System cylinders integrate electronics with hydraulics to provide precise cylinder sensing and feedback. We offer several varieties:
Proximity Switch
Proximity switches sense the end of stroke position. A cushion sleeve at the head end and a cushion spear at the cap end are both required for the proximity switch probe to sense end of stroke. Cushioning is not required.
Non-Contact Transducer
Non-contact transducers utilize magnetostriction technology. The transducer is designed for rugged industrial environments where linear motion must be controlled. There are two standard types of feedback outputs: analog and digital. To ensure optimum performance, the feedback output should be matched with the control system.
Integral Imbedded Transducer
Integral imbedded transducers utilize encapsulated electronics imbedded within the steel end cap. It provides maximum protection from shock, vibration damage and external elements.
Integral Feedback Transducer
Integral feedback transducers offer accurate, reliable, non-contact, and magnetostrictive technology with absolute position feedback. Along with its space-saving embedded design, it is ideal for space restrictive applications and clevis mount cylinders.
